It is with great pride that we announce our collaboration with one of the most active charities in Africa - Shoe4Africa. Through their efforts and the efforts of their supporters, they were able to start the first public children's hospital in east & central Africa. We invite you to visit their website if you'd like to learn more about how they are making the world a better place.

Shoe4Africa started in November 1995 whilst the founder was in Kenya for almost seven months on a running trip. Returning to Stockholm, Sweden, shoes started to be collected and a ‘project’ was formed.  It was named Shoe4Africa later on the last day of the millennium, on a rooftop in Zanzibar, Tanzania.  In 2006 the entity became an officially registered Not-for-profit with a 501 (c)(3) ruling, in New York City; recognized by the UN as international NGO.

The charity's mission is to work with donors, partners, & advocates to Save and Empower African Kids' Lives & Empowering Women through highly cost-effective, scalable proven methods.

Their vision is that no child is denied basic health care or quality education.  That the sick be tended to and the uneducated be taught.  That there will be a world united that is inspired to wipe out poverty.

Inspiring, to say the least. We are no longer confined to the geographical boundaries of our homes and countries. We are travelers and explorers. The world is nor longer as large as we once thought.

At FeetyWeety, we believe that each person has a duty towards making the world a better place. We are not just passengers on a ship, we are active influencers and it is through the work and effort of such charities that we are able to combat hunger and alleviate poverty.

At the moment, we are in 2017 and more than 50% of the world's population lives below the poverty line. This means that 1 out of every 2 human beings is hungry and frighteningly poor. In the western world, we do not feel this because the majority of the poor population is centered around specific locations. This, however, does not make our situation any better. We have an active duty towards making the world a less frightening place for those of us who need help.

In the western world, we do not feel this because the majority of the poor population is centered around specific locations. This, however, does not make the actual situation any better. We have an active duty towards making the world a less fearful place for those of us who need help.

This is why we have built our brand around showing more appreciation to what is already around us and not conforming to the norms set by society. We created a brand out of love with the purpose of spreading the love. FeetyWeety is the embodiment of that.

Through your purchases, we will donate a portion of our earnings to Shoe4africa.org. They are very transparent and clear about how their money is distributed and are definitely one of the most active charity organizations in the world. We know for a fact that your money is going to the right place and the neediest people are going to benefit from that.

This donation does not affect the price of your item at all. This is an act of defiance against every other brand who is not doing the same. If every brand donated a percentage of their earnings, then poverty wouldn't even exist!

Shoe4Africa have already treated over 40,000 children in east and central Africa and have raised millions of dollars from people like you. You can check their achievements page Here.
